Bells and Barclays Realty to Present Raul Ibanez Bobblehead Giveaway

The Bellingham Bells have partnered with Barclay’s Realty to present the Raul Ibanez bobblehead giveaway on Saturday, July 23rd.
The first 750 fans will receive a one-of-a-kind Raul Ibanez bobblehead in a Bells uniform.
Ibanez had a very successful major league career, playing for the Phillies, Royals, Yankees, Angels, and Mariners. Drafted by the Mariners in the 36th round in the 1992 amateur draft, Ibanez would go on to play 19 years in the big leagues, with a career average of .272, as well as 305 homeruns and 1,207 RBI. Ibanez retired from Major League Baseball in 2014.
“We are fortunate to have the support from Barclay’s Realty to be able to make this a reality,” general manager Stephanie Morrell said. “Raul is a true professional, and like Ken Griffey Jr., played in Bellingham right here at Joe Martin Field. He has been a great role model to many young athletes in our region and around the nation.”
Ibanez was a baseball analyst for Fox Sports in 2015, and currently is an assistant to the President of Baseball Operations for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
The Bells are anticipating great demand for this exceptional giveaway item, so make sure to get your tickets in advance and arrive at the ballpark early. First pitch will be at 7:05 p.m.
