The Bellingham Bells have hired Stephanie Morrell as their Marketing Director. In addition to heading up efforts for marketing & social media, Morrell will assist General Manager Nick Caples on the sales front and becomes the Bells’ second full-time front office staff member.
A 2008 graduate from Western Washington University, Morrell joins the Bells after five years with The Bellingham Herald as an Advertising Sales Consultant. With vast experience working within the community and assisting local businesses, she has strong local relationships and knowledge of the Bellingham business community. "We couldn't be more excited to have Stephanie as the newest addition to our team," Caples said. "It is a position that requires a wide spectrum of skills and abilities, and Stephanie was a terrific fit. Her talent will help take the Bells to another level."
In addition to a strong marketing background, Stephanie is enthusiastic about community athletics and an avid Bells fan. “I’m excited for the opportunity to be a part of something that I already really enjoy,” Morrell said. “The Bells are a strong community asset and loved by so many, including myself. I’m ready to dig in and can’t wait to help make the experience here as good as it can be for the community.”
