Bells Join Smith Kia to Present 2013 Dinger Superhero Bobble Head

The Bellingham Bells bobble head collection makes a return in 2013 when Smith Kia presents the first bobble head giveaway of the summer on Friday, June 28th.
The bobble head giveaway will feature Dinger, the Bells lovable mascot, posing as his superhero alias: Captain Bellinghamster. Joe Martin Field will host superheroes of all ages that night, as fans are encouraged to get in the spirit and dress up as his or her favorite superhero.
"June 28th is going to be a terrific night at the ballpark," said Bells general manager Nick Caples. "There are some highly anticipated superhero movies coming out this summer, so we wanted to join in the fun by featuring a super hero of our own. The Captain Bellinghamster bobble head giveaway will be a fun way to thank our fans for coming out to the ballpark, and we're excited to see the fans creative side by inviting them to dress up as their favorite movie and comic book superheroes."
In partnership with Smith Kia, the first 750 fans through the gates will receive the limited edition Dinger superhero bobble head. Gates open at 6:00, with first pitch scheduled for 7:05 against the Walla Walla Sweets.
