The Bellingham Bells are pleased to announce the hiring of Nick Caples as their new General Manager. Caples joins the Bells with deep ties to the West Coast League after having spent 7 years working with the Wenatchee AppleSox. “The goal is simple” Caples said.  “We want to weave the Bells into the fabric of Bellingham and all of the surrounding communities by providing a fun and affordable entertainment opportunity for families and friends to enjoy.”  Caples went on to say, “After a record breaking season in 2011 under the new ownership group, a solid foundation has been laid that we are very excited to build upon during the summer of 2012.”  Eddie Poplawski, the team’s owner, added "We are thrilled to have Nick on board and we look forward to the many contributions that he will make to our team and the community."
