Rain Washes Out Sunday's Series Finale
06/06/2010 9:51 AMBellingham, Wash. – Steady rain over Bellingham has forced the Bells to postpone Sunday’s series finale against the Kelowna Falcons. The game will be made at a later date that has not yet been determined.
“The forecast calls for rain all day and we made the decision with the best interest of our player, coaches, and fans in mind.” Bells general manager Justin Stottlemyre said. “We never like having to postpone our games, but there are always some factors we have no control over.”
Tickets for Sunday’s game can be exchanged at the ticket booth on and remaining home game day for a equal value ticket subject to availability.
The Bells will return to action Monday as the Corvallis Knights come to town for a three-game series. First pitch for Monday’s game is scheduled for 6:35 p.m. and great seats are still available by calling the Bells Ticket Office at 527-1035.
