Lewis is in his third season with the Coyotes…earned NAIA West Gold Glove Team honors in 2011 after committing just two errors in 242 chances, throwing out 37-percent of would-be base stealers...hit .275 with eight doubles, two homers and 15 RBI, including eight multi-hit games...named Cascade Conference Player of the Week in April after going 7-for-14 in series at Concordia...named to 2011 CCC All-Academic Team...had a quality freshman season, earning All-NAIA West honors...hit .318 with nine doubles, three homers, and 27 RBI...had 14 multi-hit and nine multi-RBI games...went 5-for-8 with three RBI in series at Lewis-Clark State...a 2009 graduate of Capital High, where he was a two-time All-Southern Idaho Conference and two-time 5A All-State selection...hit .441 as a senior, helping his team to the 5A state championship...played for the Boise Capitals American Legion club... also played football as a prep...looking to study exercise science …parents Jay and Toni Lewis
